Ivy Young-Bell

Hi, I'm Ivy, a therapist who believes the best healing happens when you feel truly seen, not analyzed.
I'm part of the BIPOC community myself, and that shapes how I show up in this work. I know what it's like to carry things that don't always get named in typical therapy spaces, the family expectations, the code-switching, the pressure to hold it all together. You won't have to over-explain yourself with me. We can just start where you are.

A lot of my work is with college students and young adults people figuring out who they are outside of what everyone else expects, navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, relationships, and that strange, tender process of becoming yourself. Whether you're stressed about school, untangling family dynamics, or just feeling lost in the in-between of it all, I want this to be a space where you can breathe.

I'm not here to hand you a worksheet and call it a day. I'm here to actually sit with you — to listen, to challenge gently when it's needed, and to help you build a life (and a relationship with yourself) that feels honest and whole.
