About Me: Rooted in both clinical social work and embodied practice, I bring a gentle, integrative approach to therapy that honors your mind, body, and spirit. After earning both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Welfare from Adelphi University, I continued my journey inward and outward—becoming certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and trained as a Yoga Instructor. My work weaves together evidence-based practices with the intuitive wisdom of the body.
I specialize in supporting those navigating the ripple effects of addiction, recovery, self-esteem challenges, and the tender work of self-care. Through mindfulness, somatic breathwork, and yoga-informed therapy, I help clients cultivate presence, build new patterns, and breathe peace back into their lives.
Our time together is a space for grounding, softening, and returning to your inner calm. Therapy with me is not just about talking—it’s about feeling, breathing, releasing, and becoming whole.
Let’s move gently toward healing—one breath, one moment at a time.
