About Me: Hi, I’m Dru. I’m glad you’re here. If you’ve landed on this page, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just unsure about what to do next. Maybe you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, past trauma, or big questions about who you are. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and begin healing on your terms.
I work with individuals, lovers, partners, groups, and families to help them navigate trauma, anxiety, identity, intimacy, and the messy moments life throws our way. My style is warm, curious, and respectful. I listen deeply and make room for all parts of you, your thoughts, emotions, history, and hopes, so we can understand what’s holding you back and how you want to move forward.
I use tools from diWerent kinds of therapy, like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, somatic (body-based) work, and something called interpersonal neurobiology, which helps us understand how your brain, body, and relationships are all connected. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for people who feel like traditional talk therapy hasn’t worked well for them. My work is especially supportive for people healing from trauma, dealing with addiction, or exploring their sexuality, gender, or identity.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in schools as a teacher, leader, and equity advocate. That work taught me how important it is to feel seen, respected, and supported in systems that don’t always make space for difference. I carry that same commitment into therapy, honoring your cultural background, lived experiences, and the things that make you uniquely you.
If you’re looking for someone who will meet you with kindness, honesty, and real support, I’d love to talk. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I’m here to walk with you as you grow into the life you want, at your own pace, and in your own way.
Let’s begin whenever you’re ready.
