About Me: I’m a Brooklyn-based artist, musician, writer, and therapist, and I believe creativity and healing go hand in hand. My work is deeply informed by curiosity, empathy, and a passion for self-expression. As a trans person, I know how difficult it can be to find mental health care that genuinely understands and affirms the intricacies of the trans experience. I am dedicated to providing a safe and empowering space for those navigating their gender identity, dealing with gender dysphoria, or questioning their relationship to gender.
I specialize in working with transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) individuals, supporting those who face the unique challenges of living in a world that often feels at odds with who they truly are. My approach is holistic, emotionally focused, and grounded in Liberation Psychology, which recognizes the intersectionality of identity and the transformative power of liberation.
I believe that healing happens through connection, shared empathy, understanding, and the powerful act of being truly seen. Whether you’re exploring your gender, seeking relief from dysphoria, or simply wanting a space to be heard, I’m here to walk with you in a way that honors your authentic self.
