About Me:Keya (kay-ah, they/them) is a queer, non-binary, fat, neurodivergent, disabled, bengali, multi-racial therapist—and a deeply rooted abolitionist and anti-Zionist committed to decolonial healing.
Their practice is grounded in liberation, intersectionality, and radical care. They’re always learning, always unlearning, and continually working to make therapy a space that honors your full self.
Keya shows up with warmth, authenticity, and deep respect for your journey. They are Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned, fat-positive, and deeply affirming of all bodies, identities, and lived experiences. Their therapeutic approach blends modalities like Relational Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion. With experience in college counseling and community mental health, Keya also brings over a decade of personal healing through therapy, activism, and poetry. Their work is especially attuned to queer radicals, and they work with adults, couples, and polycules.
This is a space where every single part of you is not only welcome—but celebrated. Keya would be honored to walk beside you.
